Part-time employee in asset management 20 - 50% (a)

Your tasks with us

  • Support in administrative and customer-related assistance work
  • Assistance with the preparation and follow-up of customer visits and business trips
  • Handling general correspondence in German and English
  • Telephone contact with clients, custodian banks and third parties
  • Assistance with archive management
  • Support in projects

  • Advanced studies in the field of economics, ideally from the second semester onwards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • High degree of independence and willingness to work hard
  • Organised, structured and precise way of working
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
