How to advance yourself and swisspartners

  • Administrative and client-related assistance to three client advisors | partners
  • Independent handling of client administration in the area of account openings, account transfers and account balancing as well as updating of client data in "PM1
  • Execution and monitoring of client orders as well as independent client care in the absence of our client advisors (payment, stock exchange, foreign exchange, trust and fiduciary orders)
  • Pre- and post-processing of client visits and business trips
  • Handling general correspondence in German und English
  • Telephone contact with clients, custodian banks and third parties

These are your qualifications and strengths

  • Completed commercial training in the finance, banking or insurance industry
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in an assistant function in the financial industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and a flair for creative work
  • Very good communication skills, customer-oriented behaviour and discreet manners
  • High degree of independence and willingness to work hard
  • Networked way of thinking and precise way of working
  • Organisational talent, doer type and team player
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
