Assistant Portfolio Management 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

How you will advance yourself and swisspartners

  • Supporting the Portfolio Managers in all matters (preparation of the client list, performance checks, security master data, etc.)
  • Preparation, implementation and post-processing of stock exchange orders for all traded asset classes and currencies in collaboration with the Portfolio Managers
  • Helping to process front-office enquiries from client advisors and assisting them, as well as processing internal administrative enquiries
  • Assist in the continuous updating of investment proposals and other client presentations (portfolio update letter, reporting presentation and others)
  • Administrative tasks in support of the Investment Committee
  • Updating all documents relevant to marketing within Investment Management & Solution
  • Collaboration on internal as well as group-wide projects

These are your qualifications and strengths

  • University or technical college degree in banking | finance or comparable completed further education
  • Professional experience in portfolio management or asset management as an assistant
  • Well-versed in Bloomberg and MS Office applications as well as flair for creative work
  • Very good communicative and customer-oriented appearance
  • High degree of reliability and ability to work under pressure
  • Organised, team-oriented and motivated personality with a good head for business
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, any other language would be an advantage
