Assistant Fiduciary Services & Real estate 80 - 100% (a)

Your tasks with us

Fiduciary 50%

  • Responsible for part of the office management within the Fiduciary business unit (including invoicing and monitoring)
  • Support and assumption of individual tasks of partners & client managers in their daily work in the fiduciary and real estate sector
  • Deputizing for the management of individual mandates
  • Cooperation with the Group General Counsel (MLA, etc.)


Real estate 50%

  • Supporting the real estate manager of a real estate portfolio consisting mainly of rental properties
  • Collaboration in real estate accounting (annual accounts, heating and ancillary cost statements, etc.)
  • Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities, tradesmen and janitors
  • Preparation and follow-up, execution and recording of apartment inspections and handovers when tenants change
  • Administrative tasks (preparation of advertisements, rental agreements, rent reviews, telephone and reception activities, postal services, accounting, etc.)
  • Collaboration in various projects (real estate sector, digitalization, etc.)

Our requirements for you

  • Completed commercial training (preferably in the fiduciary or real estate sector)
  • High service orientation, very good communication skills and customer-oriented behavior
  • Organized, proactive, team-oriented and motivated personality
  • Experience with the real estate software ImmoTop 2
  • Extremely experienced with MS Office applications and a flair for electronic database applications
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
