How to advance yourself and swisspartners

  • Main administrative and organisational responsibility as "General Secretary" of an association or mandate
  • Independent organisation and planning of events (annual strategy meetings, general meetings, workshops)
  • Support of the board (board meetings, assistance to the presidium)
  • Active project management and participation in various working groups of the association
  • First contact person for members and all enquiries in German and English language
  • Representative tasks

These are your qualifications and strengths

  • Completed commercial training in finance, banking, insurance or fiduciary services
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the finance or fiduciary industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and a flair for creative work
  • Very good communication skills, customer-oriented behaviour and discreet manners
  • High degree of independence and willingness to work hard
  • Networked way of thinking and precise way of working
  • Organisational talent, doer type and team player
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, French an advantage
