swisspartners Versicherung AG in Liechtenstein offers wealthy clients sophisticated pension solutions. In order to meet the individual needs of clients, structured life insurance policies are used in the investment portfolios. To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a motivated, analytical and communicative personality for a position with varied accounting tasks. The place of work is Vaduz, with sporadic travel to Zurich by arrangement.

How you and swisspartners can advance

Insurance

  • Support the Chief Financial Officer in all financial matters relating to the insurance company (quarterly and annual financial statements, etc.)
  • Responsible for quarterly fee settlements and commission calculations, including their payment
  • Evaluating and monitoring compliance with investment strategies
  • Recording and managing liquid assets
  • Support in controlling and projects (including preparation of data, regulatory updates, etc.)


Group companies

  • Posting accounts payable and executing payment runs for various Group companies
  • Monthly checking of expense reports in accordance with the expense regulations for all Group companies

These are your qualifications and strengths

  • Completed commercial training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable function
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • High level of independence and motivation
  • Organized, structured and precise way of working
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
