How you and swisspartners can get ahead

  • Supporting the property manager of a property portfolio consisting of condominiums and rental properties
  • Support with the organisation and management of condominium owners' meetings
  • Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities, tradesmen and caretakers
  • Preparation and follow-up, implementation and recording of flat handovers and handovers in the event of tenant changes
  • Support with changes to tenancy agreements, rent changes and index-linked rent adjustments
  • Creation of adverts
  • Administrative tasks (telephone and reception activities, postal services, accounting, etc.)

Your qualifications and strengths

  • Real estate agent or basic commercial training with experience in property management
  • Experience with the property software ImmoTop | ImmoTop 2
  • High degree of customer orientation, ability to work in a team and organisational skills
  • Networked way of thinking and precise and independent way of working
  • Affinity for new technologies and digitalisation
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German, knowledge of English and Italian an advantage
