How you and swisspartners can get ahead
- Supporting the property manager of a property portfolio consisting of condominiums and rental properties
- Support with the organisation and management of condominium owners' meetings
- Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities, tradesmen and caretakers
- Preparation and follow-up, implementation and recording of flat handovers and handovers in the event of tenant changes
- Support with changes to tenancy agreements, rent changes and index-linked rent adjustments
- Creation of adverts
- Administrative tasks (telephone and reception activities, postal services, accounting, etc.)

Your qualifications and strengths
- Real estate agent or basic commercial training with experience in property management
- Experience with the property software ImmoTop | ImmoTop 2
- High degree of customer orientation, ability to work in a team and organisational skills
- Networked way of thinking and precise and independent way of working
- Affinity for new technologies and digitalisation
- Business fluent in written and spoken German, knowledge of English and Italian an advantage
