Assistant Real Estate Accounting 80 - 100% (a)

How you and swisspartners can make progress

  • Collaboration in property accounting incl. annual and interim financial statements (rental properties, condominiums and co-owners' associations)
  • Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable incl. account reconciliation
  • Carrying out debit positions, dunning and debt collection
  • Assisting with the preparation of heating/utility billsĀ 
  • General administrative work and support for the property management team
  • Collaboration in projects and driving forward digitalisation within client accounting

Your qualifications and strengths

  • Commercial training and further training in property accounting or finance and accounting
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in property management and accounting
  • Experience in the property software ImmoTop 2
  • Very good IT skills (Excel & PowerPoint as well as ERP software) and a flair for numbers
  • High level of independence and commitment
  • Networked way of thinking and precise way of working
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German, knowledge of English and Italian an advantage
