FRED Financial Data AG is one of several subsidiaries of the swisspartners group and a Swiss company, owned by several asset management companies. The founders and owners have deliberately chosen a business model based on a "cooperative philosophy". FRED's core service is the operation of the portfolio management system and CRM solutions, the necessary interfaces to the custodian banks, the entire document archiving as well as ensuring data quality and integrity on the portfolio management system. To this end, data from 94 different custodian banks is currently being processed, with interfaces to over 60 of these custodian banks. A professional team of securities specialists in Switzerland manually enters, completes and refines data where necessary. Securities Specialist 60 - 100% (m/w/d)

Your tasks with us

  • Daily procurement as well as processing of securities transactions
  • Daily reconciliation of securities holdings
  • Control and correction of erroneous securities transactions
  • Checking and validation of valuation rates
  • Maintenance of securities master data and their entry into the system
  • Ensuring interface functionality with banks, price suppliers and the software provider
  • Support | contact point for all customer inquiries

Our requirements for you

  • Completed basic commercial training in a bank and at least 3 years of professional experience in securities back office | middle office
  • Must be proficient in booking and reconciling securities portfolios
  • Flair for numbers, technical understanding as well as independent, structured and networked approach
  • Interest in development and project work
  • Knowledge of PM1 is an advantage
  • Experienced handling of the MS-Office palette as well as applications
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, any other language would be an advantage
