How to get yourself and swisspartners ahead

  • Keeping the accounts including annual and interim financial statements (rental properties, condominium and co-owner associations)
  • Keeping accounts receivable and accounts payable, including dunning procedures
  • Invoicing and master data maintenance
  • Service charge and value added tax accounting
  • Preparation of rent adjustments
  • General administrative work and support of the property management team
  • Collaboration in projects and advancement of digitalisation within the mandate accounting department

These are your qualifications and strengths

  • Commercial training and further training in property accounting
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in property management and accounting
  • Very good IT skills (Excel & Powerpoint as well as ERP software) and a flair for numbers
  • Experience in the property software ImmoTop | ImmoTop 2
  • High degree of independence and willingness to work hard
  • Networked way of thinking and precise way of working
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German, knowledge of English and Italian an advantage
