1. Privacy protection
Swissparters AG is aware that the protection of your private data when using this website is important to you. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and would like you to inform you about the specific date we save and how it is processed. Our measures to protect your personal data are described in this data protection declaration.
2. Scope of the Data Protection Declaration
This declaration covers the data processing in connection with our online application form as well as
the administrative handling and processing of your application in our tool. In the case of hirings, the relevant employment laws supersede this declaration.
This declaration is subject to Swiss data protection law (DSG). On a voluntary basis,
without prejudice and without acknowledgement of any legal obligation, we refer to the EU GDPR as a reference
for EU citizens.
3. Processing of personal data
During the application process, your personal data such as greeting, first name and surname, date of birth, nationality, standard data for correspondence such as postal address, email address and telephone number(s) are saved in our applicant database. Furthermore all documents which you submit as part of the application process (CV, diplomas, work references etc.) are being saved. This data and documents is exclusively used, saved, evaluated, processed and internally forwarded in the context of your application. The data can also be used for statistical purposes In that case, it will not be possible to reference back or identify individuals by that data.
4. Intended use
Your personal data is exclusively processed and used in the context of your application for a specific position as well as the respective recruitment and hiring process.
5. Consent
By clicking on the button "Data Protection Consent", you agree to the collection, recording and processing of your personal data and make your personal data available to Swisspartners AG in order to perform the job search and/or the staffing for this position. Your consent to the data processing will be recorded.
Your data is stored and processed on the systems of our software partner Abacus Research AG (legal basis for the data processing: art. 13 para. 1 FADP, basis for reference: art. 6.1 lit. a GDPR (EU)).
6. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Swisspartners AG has taken the organisational and technological measures required to ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of your job application. All employees of Swisspartners AG, our software partner and any third parties utilised for IT support are obligated under provisions in their employment or hiring contract to uphold strict confidentiality regarding personal data. Data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. Data is processed in accordance with general data security standards based on the current state of technology.
Swisspartners AG has further implemented organisational and technological security measures to protect the data provided by you from manipulation, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized access. In case of forwarding and processing personal data or documents, it is transferred encrypted in order to avoid abuse of your data by third parties. These security procedures are continuously adjusted according to ongoing advancements in technology.
7. Access to Data
The data you have disclosed to us will be handled confidentially. We shall only allow persons involved in the staffing of the specific position you have applied for accessing your personal data and documents. If
you do not
notify us otherwise, we reserve the right to review your application also for other suitable positions within our clients' organisation.
In particular, all our line manager/s who are responsible for the candidate selection can access the data you have disclosed to us. All line manager/s receive access to the application pool (spontaneous applications) and talent pool.
In exceptional cases and when involving our software partner for IT support reasons, their staff may receive access to the data you have disclosed in order to solve an IT related issue.
Under no circumstances your personal data will be forwarded to other companies or persons, or used for any other purposes.
Your data is processed in Switzerland.
8. Right to information
By filing a formal request, you may obtain information on the specific data that is being processed. Please include an identification card and send you formal request to either our Human Resources Management or alternitivly, the data privacy regulator.
You may have your electronic data changed or deleted at any time. You may also revoke your consent to processing your personal data. Please contact our Human Resources Department and we will ensure the deletion of your application.

The Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner is the advisor and regulator in all matters of data protection.

10. Deletion of Data of unsuccessful applicants
Since Swisspartners AG may be obligated to fulfill other statutory provisions (egg Complaince with SECO guidelines), the application documents of unsuccessful applicants will be deleted no later than six (6) months after the specific position was filled. However, you nevertheless have the possibility to have your electronic data deleted beforehand (see par. 8 for procedure).
11. Liability
It is your own responsiblity and your own risk to apply electronically for one of our clients’ advertised positions. Any liability of HC Solutions GmbH and/or our client’s Company is specifically excluded to the extent permitted by law. Please note that Swiss law is applicable. The place of jurisdiction is the registered business address of Swisspartners AG.
